FORT WAYNE, IN (May 5, 2017)—LABOV Marketing Communications and Training is developing a Web-based Training course for Kia Motors America. The course will train Kia Service Consultants on elements of the service process from the customer greeting to follow-up after a service appointment.

LABOV is developing a highly engaging, interactive course that applies the most effective adult learning methods. The course will be comprised of several microlearning modules that provide short bursts of learning and make it easy for dealers to learn at their own pace. LABOV will be working with its partner Plow Digital to create an interactive experience in which learners will take an active role in their training.

“We are incredibly excited to be working on our first project with Kia Motors America,” states Barry LaBov, President and CEO of LABOV. “The Kia brand is on the rise with the most innovative, attractive lineup in its history. We will use our years of training, instructional design and digital development expertise to create a course that fully engages Service Consultants and provides them the knowledge and skills to deliver an even greater service experience.”
