Under his leadership, LABOV has received the Indiana Growth 100 Award six times, was named Small Business of the Year, and recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana. He double majored in Finance and Marketing at Baylor University. Combining all of that, Harrison loves business. He knows his clients’ business and brings a level of passion to running LABOV’s business that makes a huge difference.

Cathy has the “nod” factor. Her unique combination of intellect and experience positions her as the confidante that clients, employees, and friends trust. Her input and opinions are valued and sought after by companies far and wide. With a background and education in fine art, Cathy brings a unique approach and outlook that she uses in creating answers to challenges and opportunities alike. Sal is all about people and process. He uses his talent to break down seemingly complex projects and at the same time forge meaningful, authentic relationships with his team and clients. His aptitude for technology, ranging from apps to artificial intelligence to digital renderings to online training modules, makes him the go-to person for clients.

Pat is the voice of LABOV to many of our clients who call in. She is also the heart of LABOV. No matter when or what is needed, she will make sure a client is taken care of, personally. She takes that ownership to lead our traffic department every day, ensuring our team has the necessary support to take care of clients and our projects are on time, every time.

Lori is rigor personified. She makes sure our supplier-partners are paid on time (or maybe even ahead of time). She and our clients’ procurement professionals have become friends, and daily, she keeps the machinery of LABOV running.

From throwing fastballs at 90 mph to sailing through the strike zone with a wicked curveball, Alan did it all during his years pitching college baseball. He brings that same spirit of teamwork, dedication, and competitive drive to his projects and client relationships. On or off the field, Alan is the player you want on your team.

Chelsea has an undeniable gift for taking something and making it more unique and beautiful, using her sharply honed design talents. She turns every project into a unique piece of art that reflects our clients’ core strengths and sets them apart in their industries. Whether helping develop a new brand or pursuing her passion for photography, painting, and drawing, Chelsea has a vision for all things creative.

Financial whiz, problem solver, and world traveler, Jaron brings a collaborative, calm attitude that is positively catching. He has an eye for identifying areas of opportunity and efficiency, and approaches every day with a level of detail that is second to none.
