Pat is the voice of LABOV to many of our clients who call in. She is also the heart of LABOV. No matter when or what is needed, she will make sure a client is taken care of, personally. She takes that ownership to lead our traffic department every day, ensuring our team has the necessary support to take care of clients and our projects are on time, every time.
